Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork, excel in communication and coordination, embrace innovation, remain resilient under pressure, and exhibit a high level of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. Candidates aged 20–30 are preferred; exceptionally talented individuals may be considered outside this range.
Prior experience in selling food additives, food ingredients, or health supplement raw materials is required.
Possess excellent communication, adaptability, and stress-management skills; capable of proactively identifying issues, thinking critically, and finding effective solutions.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, practical sales techniques, and hands-on sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with established industry connections or resources within the food sector.
Willingness to travel on short notice as needed for business purposes.
Performance-based commission structure to be discussed.
