Job Description:
1. Responsible for the technical development process of new products, from experimental design to prototype creation and finally to performance optimization;
2. Assist in completing experiments to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the technical design.
3. Resolve the technical challenges encountered during the experiment to ensure the results meet expectations.
4. Responsible for organizing and analyzing experimental data, and preparing technical reports or papers.
5. Assist in patent applications to ensure that intellectual property rights for research findings are properly secured.
Job requirements:
1. Possess a master’s degree or higher from a prestigious 985/211 university, with a major in synthetic biology, organic chemistry, fermentation engineering, biochemical engineering, or a related field;
2. Familiar with mainstream research methods and skills, and equipped with strong project organization and management capabilities.
3. Possess strong learning and innovative abilities, adept at identifying and resolving issues, and demonstrate a spirit of teamwork.
